There are many fantastic things to see and do when you visit Sydney, but unless you are visiting for a prolonged period, you may not be able to see and do everything that you want to. A Pedal Power Tour Of Sydney

An excellent way to see Sydney at a leisurely pace is to go on a guided bicycle tour of the city, taking in all the attractions and beautiful views that are on offer. You can choose from one of the many offers of a guided cycle bike tour in Sydney, or create a bespoke tour selecting all the destinations and attractions that you wish to see. Most tours can be in small groups or private, and they are suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels.

Take In A 360° View Of Sydney

If you are looking for fantastic photo opportunities and a 360° view of the city, then you should make your way to Observatory Hill. You can take a picnic and enjoy the scenery and spend some time taking in the splendid views that are on offer while you eat, and you can also take a bottle of wine or two. Enjoy a tour of the observatory and watch the time ball on the roof drop at 1 pm, or go a little later and take in the sunset in this majestic location.

The Royal Botanic Gardens

Another destination which is also popular with the locals is a visit to the Royal Botanic Gardens, located in the heart of the central business district. The garden covers an area of around 74 acres and is an oasis of lush green vegetation of both native and exotic plants and trees. You can gain access to the garden 365 days of the year, and it is also free, which is one of the reasons it is so popular. As well as being able to relax in the gardens, you can also take a tour and learn about the local Aboriginal customs of the area, ensuring that it will be a memorable trip.

A Visit To The Rocks

The Rocks is an area of Sydney that is one of the oldest, close to where the convicts landed when arriving in Australia, and was at one time a notorious slum area of the city. More recently, the district has been transformed and regenerated, making it a trendy and fashionable part of the city with boutique shops and cafes, cobbled streets, and also the oldest pub in Sydney, the Fortune of War.
