What to pack for Cuba - For female travelers
Packing and preparing for a trip to Cuba can be challenging. One thing is for sure that it will be hot and humid, however, it can rain a lot as well. Be aware that you won't find a shopping centre with a lot of different options of clothing or shampoos. Here is the list of what to pack for Cuba for female travelers.
Is the newest of all of the Go Pro's! It launched in October 2016 and takes photos that are almost as good as the ones I take on my DSLR camera! Go pro is a must have if you are planning on going to the beach, diving, snorkelling or hiking in Cuba.
This handy little cutie has been my best friend since I got the Go Pro 2 in 2012, I used it to take photos on The Great Barrier Reef. Luckily, the quality has exploded since then! The quality on this Go Pro is so good, that I almost want to go back to the reef and shoot it all over again. You can film and take photos as deep as 30 meters underwater and this one you can go down 10 meters without housing!
The Go Pro Hero 5 Black gives Stunning 4K video and 12MP photos in Single, Burst and Time Lapse modes. You can also preview and trim the videos. You can get extras like a headband, surf extras, chest band and you can place it on your bike. Older versions of this beauty have even fallen down from planes and survived!
Sunday Afternoons Havana Hat, Cream, Large
You might see many of these hats in Havana, so you can wait to go to the souvenir stores to find it. Be aware that it is not like you will see it in every corner. A hat is a must in Cuba. The sun is strong there as many other places in the Caribbean so take care of your head, it is not cool to be sunburnt on top of your head.

Lonely Planet Cuba (Travel Guide)
I don’t know what we would have done without the Lonely Planet Cuba book! It seriously was a life-saver. It answers all your questions about everything to prepare for your trip to Cuba. It tells you what to expect, what to see, eat, and do in the places you want to go and with a little description about each place. Know you won’t have internet access everywhere in Cuba.
Only at some specific places like parks etc and it is expensive and shit. You can’t just use google map or search for something on TripAdvisor. This book has done all the research for you. The book also has a detailed map of Havana, suburbs of Havana and also map of all of the other destinations. It also has contact details to recommended Casa Particulares!
So make sure you get this book and buy it a few months before, so you can read through it and prepare yourself for the trip. This book will save you a lot of time and stress while you are in Cuba as well.
